Use of the Service

MindCtrl is a productivity application designed to help users build focus habits, track progress, and improve productivity. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data

User Accounts

You may use MindCtrl without creating an account. If you choose to sign in using Google or another authentication provider, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Leaderboard

By participating in focus sessions, your display name and weekly focus time may appear on public leaderboards within the Service. We reserve the right to remove, modify, or hide leaderboard entries that violate these Terms or contain inappropriate content.

Advertising

MindCtrl may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdSense. Advertisements may be personalized in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

MindCtrl, including its design, branding, software, content, functionality, and features, is owned by MindCtrl and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

MindCtrl is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Your use of the Service is solely at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindCtrl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including loss of data, profits, productivity, or business opportunities.
